The sneaker collection at Cassiela is the largest category in the store, covering minimalist white leather low-tops, chunky dad sneakers, platform sneakers, sock-knit runners and high-tops. Every pair is made to the original specification and finished by hand, then priced well under the retail tag.
Finding your pair
White leather sneakers are the one pair every wardrobe needs and go with tailoring as easily as denim. Chunky sneakers add weight to slim trousers and midi skirts. Platform sneakers give height while staying comfortable all day. Sock sneakers are the lightest option and the best for travel.
Sizing
Most designer sneakers run true to size; a few slim Italian styles run small, and the product page says so where that applies. If you have a wide foot, choose a chunky or platform style, which has more room in the toe box.
Keeping them clean
Wipe leather sneakers with a damp cloth after wear and use a suede eraser on nubuck panels. Rotate pairs rather than wearing the same ones daily and the soles will last far longer.
